Group work activity stages

There are three stages to outcome 2.

Stage 1: Plan and prepare a group work activity

You must explain who your group are and why they are participating in this activity.

Stage 2: Deliver group work activity

At the outset of the activity you must agree a group learning agreement/ground rules and keep a record of this. It might also be useful to take some feedback from the group at the end of the activity as this will help with your review and reflection.

Stage 3: Reflect and review the group work activity

As soon as you can after delivery of you group activity you should review how the activity went. Comment on what when well and what you felt  did not go so well and could be improved. You can draw on evaluation evidence.
